How will my order be delivered?
Eye Love Lashes are proud to have contracted some of the best International Couriers – Interlink Express, DPD, Hermes, FedEx, UPS and Royal Mail.
We offer a Standard Shipping option which is operated by the courier Hermes or Royal Mail. The service is 48-72 hours with Saturday deliveries, making it convenient to order at all times throughout the week. Delivery costs are from £2.99 or free of charge if you order Eye Love Lashes goods with a subtotal value over £35 depending on weight. If you miss your delivery, Hermes will attempt to deliver your order again the following day. If you are unable to receive your delivery after an unsuccessful 3rd attempt, the order will be returned to us at a cost. If you wish to have the order resent, shipping fees will apply.
We also have a 1st Class Signed for delivery option operated by Royal Mail. If you order by 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order the next day. Orders on a Friday will be delivered to you on Monday. If it is failed to be collected, it will be returned to us at a cost which will then be deducted from any refunds. If you wish to have the order resent, shipping fees will apply.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day if you order by 2 pm Monday to Thursday. Delivery cost is £8.99
From your Order Basket, you will get a choice of delivery service with an accurate price based on the weight of your order. For urgent Saturday deliveries, there is an option at checkout to use a Royal Mail Special delivery. We do not despatch on Saturday and Sunday and the couriers do not deliver on Sunday or Bank Holidays.
For orders up to 500grams in weight, the premium courier service is £4.99. All shipping charges are based on weight and location. In some cases it may work out cheaper to use Standard or Royal Mail postage, you will be given a choice at checkout.
Opening Times: Internet – 24 hours a day seven days a week 52 weeks a year Office and warehouse – Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00. The office is Closed on Saturday & Sunday, phones will not be answered and no dispatches made.
Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as most orders have to be signed for. If your order does not arrive within 3 days after the expected time of delivery please contact Eye Love Lashes for information.
Orders are normally dispatched to you on the same working day of receipt by us. Once your order is placed, we begin the picking, packing and dispatching of your order immediately. This means that once you have clicked to place your order, you cannot cancel, make changes or add any extra items.
If you change your mind you can still cancel AFTER your order has been sent or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 14 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Eye Love Lashes. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us, even if the products were sent in error.
You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting).
There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of our or the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us, we will not refund for shipping and also, the cost incurred to us for the courier returning the goods will be deducted from any refunds. If the goods are to be sent out again a shipping charge will apply.
Regulations state for orders over £42 Customers have:
14 days after item received to cancel.
14 days to return after notifying desire to cancel
14 days to receive a refund after item received by the seller
30 days to notify non-receipt of delivery
An entitlement to full refund including out-going shipping cost (standard shipping only even if the customer paid extra for premium) Customer must bear the cost of returning unwanted items but we bare the cost if faulty.

5. Ordering Products
a) You may order products from the website by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.
b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.
c) As soon as an order is placed via our website, we begin the process of picking, packing and dispatching. This means that once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel, make any changes or additions.
6. The Price and Payment
a) The price of the products will be the price quoted on the website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.
b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted on the website at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
c) Payment is made by credit card or PayPal at the time we accept your order. (the payment methods we accept are listed on the website at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.
d) Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be incorrectly priced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
e) For orders using the ‘Pay on Collection’ method of payment, we will hold your order for 7 days to give you time to come in, pay and collect. If you have not collected your order within 7 days, we will cancel the pending order and you will need to re-order should you wish.
7. Delivery of Products
a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
c) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 7 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
d) In the unlikely event that you receive faulty products, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will replace, refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty at no cost to you. If you wish to return any products for fault-related reasons, the products must be sent back to Eye Love Lashes for testing before any replacement, refund or exchange takes place. If the products are deemed faulty, we will also refund the shipping costs to you. If you do not notify us within this time frame, we are under no obligation to replace, refund or exchange the products. It is the responsibility of the customer to check products upon receipt.
8. Cancelling Orders
a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.
b) If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products should be returned in an unused condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.
c) You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products, even if the products were sent in error. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.
a) The products advertised on the website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and also for business resale.
b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
a) Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. Offers run 00:01-23:59 UK time. If you have a problem with a code or making an order please email [email protected] during the promotional period (not after) so we can honour your discount the next day.
11. Professional products
a) When making an order we do not require you to send us your certification before completion. When you make an order, this constitutes that you are confirming to us that you are qualified and that Eye Love Lashes hold no liability for incorrect use due to not being professionally trained for the products in question.
b) Eye Love Lashes always recommends patching testing 24-48 hours prior to lash extension/lash lifting/lash tinting application.
